Certified Health CoachI have been passionate about nutrition and health for many years. I was always interested in prevention, and its role in health and longevity. I also firsthand experienced my family member's battle with chronic health conditions and this made me think about the power of prevention and how we can take charge of our health.

Desire to learn more has motivated me to earn a Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education. I am a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). I am also a Certified Health Coach by Dr.Sears Wellness Institute. Prior to that, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business from my native Ukraine.

My approach is based on principles of biochemical individuality, the benefits of whole foods and lifestyle improvements, and the vital connection between nutrition, lifestyle and health. My goal is to provide guidance and empower clients to develop sustainable habits to live a healthier and balanced life with nourishing and healing foods and making lifestyle modifications such as exercise, stress management and relaxation. My approach is centered on eating real, vibrant foods, and focusing on nutrient density. My intention is to make healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle simplified with easy and affordable solutions. I work with clients to help create individualized wellness plans for achieving optimal weight, reduce cravings, reduce inflammation, improve digestion and increase energy.

I am committed to attending conferences and seminars annually to stay up-to-date on the current science-based research that affects the human body and nutrition. I am always reading and learning the latest research about nutrition, digestive health and healthy aging. Recently I completed a continuing education course “The Art of Digestive Wellness” where I learned about the latest research on the microbiome and how to prevent disease and strengthen the immune system through healthy digestion.

I live in Cary, NC with my husband, our two kids, and our Pomeranian. I enjoy spending time outside with my family such as family walks, jogging, tennis and swimming. I also enjoy gardening and grow my herbs and vegetables that I love incorporating in my recipes. Cooking is self-love for me. I love creating new recipes and get my kids involved in the kitchen.

I am very passionate about helping others with small steps we can take each day to get on the path of well-being, vibrant energy and optimal health.

DSWI_New_LogoVictoria received her Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
