I am a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I provide a wide range of services to help achieve wellness goals. Optimal wellness begins with having the knowledge and practical tools to implement and maintain a healthy Lifestyle including Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition choices. I help my clients to improve overall health by suggesting specific, achievable, measurable small steps toward change depending on their needs. My services include creating individual wellness plan on how to improve your health with nourishing foods, implement daily movement and exercise routine, reduce inflammation by eating anti-inflammatory foods, improve digestion and absorption of nutrients, support a healthy microbiome, and bring awareness to other areas such as stress and sleep to achieve optimum wellness.

I partner with my clients to achieve their goals. Whether you choose one of the packages I offer or individual services such as pantry makeover or smart shopping, my goal is to empower you with tools and tips to improve your health. I don't believe in restricting or limiting your diet, rather I want to help you develop a positive relationship with food and establish a wellness routine with self-care tools that you can easily implement right away. If you are ready to commit to your wellness and need help to achieve your goals with sustainable eating patterns that are not a diet or a short-term fix, I am excited to guide and support you on this journey.

During our individual consultations, we will evaluate your diet and lifestyle pattern, goals, needs and expectations. I focus on four pillars: how we live, how we move, how we think and how we eat. Together we develop a plan that is specific to your individual needs, that includes simple and sustainable solutions and small changes that can help you feel your best so that you can enjoy things that matter to you. Our experience and relationship with food is very personal, and my role is to provide support and a safe environment honoring your individual and unique constitution.
